Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used vape devices, pods, or e-liquids cannot be returned unless defective.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We may request photos or videos to verify the issue before processing a replacement or refund.
