At iget-vape, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used vape devices, pods, or e-liquids cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • We may request photos or videos to verify the issue before processing a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Disposable vapes once packaging is broken

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
